Sindh Govt. allots 150 acres land for Employees Old Age Benefit Institutions Co-operative housing society

Karachi, August 27, 2012 (PPI-OT): The land utilization dept., Board of Revenue, Govt. of Sind has allotted 150 acres piece of land on 99 years lease in favor of EOBI Employees Co-operative Housing Society Ltd. Karachi.

All the employees of EOBI & office bearers of the housing society are thankful to Syed Khurshid Ahmed Shah federal Minister for Religious Affairs & ( ex federal Minister for Labor & Manpower ), federal Minister for Human Resource Development Ch. Wajahat Hussain, Chairman EOBI Mr. Zafar Iqbal Gondal, ex Chairman Brig.(R) Akhter Zamin & Mr. Asadullah Shaikh, who were very kind enough to us and have extended their full co-operation in achieving this goal, for which we sincerely with that may Allah give them reward for this noble cause.

In the same spirit, the Sindh Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah has very kindly approved the allotment of land. This act of kindness and benevolence will enable employees of this national Institution to materialize their cherished dreams of owning their own home.

EOBI is a prime institution of the country who serves the working community of homeland by providing them old age, invalidity and survivors pension under Social Security system.

The publicity secretary of ECHSL Mr. Israr Ayoubi has requested all the members of housing society (in service, retired & widows) & those officers & staff (in service, retired & widows etc).

Who have not yet taken membership in the housing society, to pay immediately their monthly subscription dues & share money, towards occupancy value/cost of land & get membership within due date through pay order/bank draft for their eligible category 120,240,400 &600 sq. yards of plots, the said plots be offered on ownership basis & on “first come first serve” basis, on prescribed terms & conditions.

Due date of application submission form is 30th sep. 2012.
