Systems Limited Expects Modest Profit Increase Amid Revenue Growth in MEA and Europe

KARACHI: Systems Limited is projected to report a net profit after tax (NPAT) of PkR2.3 billion for the third quarter of the calendar year 2025, according to a preview report by AKD Securities Limited. This represents a slight increase from PkR2.2 billion recorded in the same period last year.

The anticipated earnings per share (EPS) for the quarter is PkR1.6, as compared to PkR1.5 in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The company’s revenue is expected to show a significant 16% year-on-year growth, driven by continued momentum in the Middle East, Africa, and European markets.

However, Systems Limited faces expected exchange losses of approximately PkR218 million due to foreign currency assets, influenced by a 0.9% quarter-on-quarter appreciation of the Pakistani Rupee.

Despite the challenges posed by currency fluctuations, the company is forecasted to improve its gross margins slightly to 25.6% for the quarter, compared to 25.3% in the same period last year.

These projections underscore the company’s strategic focus on expanding its footprint in international markets, while managing the financial impacts of currency movements.
