Further, the NCSS eligibility date of the company is December 12, 2014. Quice Food Industries Limited is a company incorporated in Pakistan on March 12, 1990 as a Private Limited Company. It was converted into Public Limited Company on December 13, 1993. The foundations of the company are laid under the Companies Ordinance, 1984.
