Islamabad: Third spell of Monsoon is expected to begin from today. This was stated by Spokesperson of the National Disaster Management Authority Dr. Tayyab Shah while talking to a news channel.

According to Radio Pakistan, he urged citizens to avoid crossing bridges, streams or inundated roads during periods of high water flow.
