Azad Jammu and Kashmir Chief Election Commissioner Justice (retd) Abdul Rashid Sulehria has reaffirmed the commitment to hold the upcoming elections in the state in a free and transparent manner.
Addressing the meeting of District Returning Officers and Returning Officers in Islamabad on Saturday, he said violation of code of conduct will not be tolerated.
