Islamabad, A delegation of Pakistani women pilgrims has recognized improvements in the facilities and services provided during the Hajj, attributing the enhancements to efforts by Chaudhry Salik Hussain, the Federal Minister for Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony. The pilgrims shared their positive experiences, highlighting the significant upgrades in accommodations, food quality, and staff responsiveness during their sacred journey.

According to Press Information Department, the feedback was gathered during interviews conducted by the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony’s media team in Madinah, aimed for dissemination through social media. The pilgrims expressed no difficulties in living, eating, traveling, or performing religious rituals, signaling a notable improvement in overall Hajj management. Specific commendations were given to the cleanliness of accommodations, the high quality of meals, and the professionalism of the staff.

Nasreen Akhtar from Sialkot praised her hotel’s cleanliness and the food, while Lubna, also from Sialkot, enjoyed a peaceful living environment and effective administration of the Hajj mission. Nida, another Sialkot resident, appreciated the proximity of her accommodation to Masjid-e-Nabvi, enhancing her spiritual experience. From Pattoki, Shazia highlighted the smooth reception and luggage handling upon arrival. The Road to Makkah project was mentioned as a beneficial initiative, improving the overall travel experience for pilgrims.

The collective feedback from these pilgrims underscores the effective measures taken under Minister Hussain’s administration, which have not only reduced challenges but also enriched the spiritual journey of the pilgrims.
