Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has told all civilians still living in eastern Donetsk to evacuate.
Speaking during a late-night address from Kyiv, he said fighting in the region is intense and civilians must evacuate to avoid casualties.
An evacuation notice from the government warned the coming winter would make thing worse, especially for children.
