PM appreciates Aleem Dar for his meritorious services to cricket

Pakistan’s veteran Umpire Aleem Dar has stepped down from the ICC Elite Panel of Umpires.

He officiated in a record number of international cricket matches during his distinguished career.

Aleem’s first international match as an Elite Panel umpire was in 2002 and a year later, he stood in the 2003 World Cup in South Africa.

In a tweet today, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif appreciated Aleem Dar for his meritorious services to international cricket. The Prime Minister said Aleem Dar’s flawless umpiring across all formats of the game has won praise across the cricketing world. Pakistan is proud of him.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has said that if anyone had any doubt, PTI Chairman Imran Niazi’s antics of the past few days have laid bare his fascist and militant tendencies.

PTI Chief’s attitude open rebellion against state institutions: Azam Tarar

Federal Minister for Law Azam Nazeer Tarar has said that PTI Chairman Imran Khan has refused to surrender himself before the law.

Addressing a news conference in Lahore on Saturday, he said Imran Khan again came to the judicial complex with armed men.

The Minister said PTI Chairman committed dishonesty in declarations of the election commission and his attitude is open rebellion against the state institutions.
