Jakarta:Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Minister for Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit-Baltistan, Engineer Amir Muqam, has expressed support for the implementation of Governor's Rule and a state of emergency in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, describing it as a move towards restoring peace, ensuring public safety, and improving administrative affairs.

According to Radio Pakistan, Amir Muqam stated that the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa deserve peace, development, prosperity, and good governance.

He emphasized that those who engaged in politics against the public interest must now be held accountable for their performance and the law and order situation in the province.
