Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan extended Eid ul Azha felicitations telephonically to Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Pakistan’s nation.
In the conversation, the Prime Minister also felicitated the Turkish President and its public.
The Prime Minister thanked the Turkish President for inviting him to the swearing-in ceremony.
The two leaders reiterated their commitment to further enhance mutual cooperation in economic, defense and other fields.
Later, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif spoke with Amir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani on telephone and extended his best wishes and warm greetings on the auspicious occasion of Eid-ul-Adha.
The Prime Minister also extended Eid greetings to the people of Qatar.
Reciprocating the Prime Minister’s sentiments, Amir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, extended warm Eid greetings to him and the people of Pakistan.
Both the leaders reiterated their determination to further strengthen and promote the brotherly and warm bilateral relations between Pakistan and Qatar.
Both the leaders also agreed to maintain mutual consultations and contacts on issues of global and regional importance.
The Amir of Qatar also thanked Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif for telephone and extending Eid greetings.
