Counting of votes is underway after polling for local government by-elections in fifty three villages and neighborhood councils of seventeen districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The districts where by-election were held include Peshawar, Nowshera, Charsadda, Swabi, Kohat, Karak, Laki Marwat, Dera Ismail Khan, Tank, Abbottabad, Mansehra, Kolai Palas, Swat, Shangla, Buner, Lower Dir and Bajaur.
