The Wolf of Wall Street film to launch NFT offering, powered by Aventus

To celebrate the film’s 10-year anniversary, Aventus has partnered with The Wolf of Wall Street’s rights holders to produce historical collection of NFTs

LONDON, April 19, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Aventus, a Web3 solutions provider for enterprises, has partnered with the film rights holders for The Wolf of Wall Street and world-leading film producers and editors to create The Wolf of Wall Street Experience: a series of NFT drops which will also act as a key to unlocking wider parts of the experience.

In his plenary address attended by over 300 experts, Dr. Munné, an internationally recognized trailblazer in reproductive genetics, presented validation data for GenomeScreen™, the test developed by the research team he leads at the biotechnology firm GenEmbryomics.

“We have known since we started working with embryo diagnostics back in 1993 that embryo selection would be key to pregnancy, especially in older patients. Over the last 30 years, our work has been focused on improving genetic embryo selection, though the definitive diagnostic approach—the one that provides the most information and the best outcomes—will doubtless be this one: whole genome sequencing of the embryo using just a few cells obtained from a biopsy. 2nd consecutive day: KKH suspended for all types of traffic

The Karakoram Highway (KKH) between Gilgit to Rawalpindi remained suspended for all types of traffic on 2nd consecutive day today.

The road was blocked due to high flood in Ochar Nalla in Dasu, Kohistan.

The workers of Frontier Works Organization have cleared the KKH at Loter Nallah by removing land sliding debris from road site.

Intermittent rain is continued in Gilgit-Baltistan for the last three days.

The national Airline has cancelled its scheduled two flights to Gilgit from Islamabad due to inclement weather condition today.

CDA Seeks Permission for Cricket Stadium in Shakarparian, Plans Supreme Court Review Petition

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) plans to file a review petition with the Supreme Court to seek permission to construct a cricket stadium in the Shakarparian area.

The project was previously scrapped in 2018 by the Supreme Court, which ruled that the area was part of the National Park.

The CDA also plans to set up a food place called Capital Street in the Art and Craft Village in the same area.

As per the details, the Shakarparian area was declared a Sports Centre in 1960 by Greek Firms Doxiadis Associates, who had prepared Islamabad’s master plan.

The area has since been home to several sports facilities such as the Sports Complex, Museum, Lok Virsa, Golf Course, and Islamabad Club.

However, in 1979, the federal government included the area in the National Park and Zone III area, and construction has been prohibited since then.

The CDA, in collaboration with the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), attempted to construct an international stadium in the area, but the Supreme Court disallowed it.

Now, the CDA is seeking permission to construct the stadium in the same location by filing a review petition with the Supreme Court.

CDA Chairman Noorul Amin Mengal has stated that the area in question was originally reserved for sports activities in Islamabad’s master plan.

He added that the CDA would auction plots for restaurants and craftsmen shops in the Art and Craft Village per the rules and regulations.

To avoid future complications, CDA officials plan to submit a summary to the federal government seeking the withdrawal of the notification to the extent of the area in question before auctioning restaurant plots.

Despite this, a CDA member has clarified that the review petition is required only for the cricket stadium, as the Art and Craft Village falls under permissible rules and regulations.
