Pakistan Army sets up Mobile Education, Infotainment School in North Waziristan

Pakistan Army has established Mobile Education and Infotainment School in North Waziristan district.

The school set up under the vision ‘Education for everyone’ aims at inculcating the love for learning in youth of the remote rural areas of the district. As part of co-curricular activity, children of area were shown animated films and cartoons which they enjoyed a lot.

More than eighteen hundred students from different places of North Waziristan have benefited from this facility, so far and have committed to make every effort for getting education.

The residents of area have appreciated the initiative taken by Pakistan Army and said these co-curricular activities along with education enrich the intellectual process of children.

Re-polling at six stations of NA-43 Tank, D.I. Khan to be held on Monday

Re-polling at six polling stations of NA-43 Tank-cum-Dera Ismael Khan constituency will be held tomorrow.

The Election Commission of Pakistan has instructed the Chief Secretary, Inspector General of Police, and other law enforcement agencies of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to coordinate and ensure a conducive environment for the public in this matter.

The polling will commence at eight in the morning and continue till five in evening without any break.

President underscores significance of promoting active lifestyles

The school set up under the vision ‘Ilm Tolud para’ meaning ‘Education for everyone’ aims at inculcating the love for learning in youth of the remote rural areas of the district.

As part of the co-curricular activity, the children of the area were shown animated films and cartoons which they enjoyed a lot.

So far more than 1800 students from different places of North Waziristan have benefited from this facility and have committed to make every effort for getting education.

The residents of the area also appreciated the initiative by Pakistan Army and said these co-curricular activities along with education enrich the intellectual process of children.

Punjab Cabinet approves rules for Punjab Highway Patrolling Police

Punjab cabinet has approved rules for the Punjab Highway Patrolling Police in the province.

The approval was accorded during a meeting of Provincial Cabinet chaired by Caretaker Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi in Lahore today.

Mohsin Naqvi directed to take all-out measures for the protection of lives and properties of the people.

ECP publishes names of 36 candidates returned to Balochistan Assembly

Election Commission of Pakistan has published names of 36 candidates who returned to Provincial Assembly of Balochistan as a result of general elections 2024.

A notification in this regard was issued today.

Meanwhile, under another notification, the commission also published the name of Ali Amin Khan as Member National Assembly from NA-44 and Member Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Provincial Assembly PK-113.
