گوانگ ڈونگ-ہانگ کانگ-مکاؤ انوویشن کوآپریشن ڈیمانسٹریشن زون کا افتتاح ہوگیا

گوانگژو، چین، 14 جولائی، 2021 / پی آر نیوز وائر/ — 12 جولائی کو، گوانگ ڈونگ-ہانگ کانگ-مکاؤ انوویشن کوآپریشن ڈیمانسٹریشن زون کے بین الاقوامی شہری ڈیزائن کے مقابلے کا اعلان گوانگژو میونسپل پلاننگ اینڈ نیچرل ریسورسیز بیورو اور نانشا ڈسٹرکٹ کے گوانگژو سٹی کی عوامی حکومت نے کیا۔ اس مقابلے کا مقصد دنیا بھر سے روشن خیال، جدید شہری ڈیزائن جمع کرنا اور نانشا کے شہری امیج کو گوانگژو کے انتہائی جنوبی سی-لینڈ پورٹل کے طور پر تیارکرنا ہے۔

مقابلے کے ڈیزائن کا حلقہ، گوانگ ڈونگ-ہانگ کانگ -مکاؤ انوویشن کوآپریشن ڈیمانسٹریشن زون، گوانگژو-شینزین-ہانگ کانگ اور گوانگژو- ژوہائی – مکاؤ سائنس اور ٹکنالوجی انوویشن کوریڈورز کا سنگم ہے۔ یہ گوانگژو کی جنوبی توسیعی شہری مقام کی ترقیاتی حکمت عملی میں گریٹر بے ایریا کے آس پاس کے داخلی دائرے کی ترقیاتی پٹی کو ملانے والی حکمت عملی کا جوڑ بھی ہے۔

مقابلے کے دائرہ عمل کو دو درجوں میں تقسیم کیا گیا ہے: مجموعی طور پر نظریاتی ڈیزائن اور تفصیلی ڈیزائن۔

مجموعی طور پر نظریاتی ڈیزائن کا دائرہ عمل تقریبا 71 مربع کلومیٹر کے رقبے پر محیط ہے۔ داخلے کے مندرجات میں یہ شامل ہونا چاہئے: نقطہ نظر اور منصوبہ بندی کے مقاصد کی درجہ بندی؛ صنعتی اور عملی منصوبہ بندی؛ مستقبل میں علاقائی ترقی کے لئے متحرک مقامی ترتیب، جو سمندر، دریا، میدان، شہر اور دلدلی زمین کو مربوط کرنے والے خطے کی تزئین کا نمونہ تشکیل دینے کی بنیاد پر تیار کی گئی ہو۔ ڈیزائنوں کو کاربن کے اخراج اور سبز ارتقاکی ضروریات کو پورا کرنا چاہئے؛ مجموعی شہری خصوصیت، رہائشی ماحول، معاون خدمات، مضافاتی ماحول اور نقل و حمل میں بہتری لاتے ہوئے۔

تفصیلی ڈیزائن کا دائرہ عمل تقریبا 8 مربع کلومیٹر کے علاقے پر محیط ہے۔ تفصیلی ڈیزائن کو مجموعی طور پر نظریاتی ڈیزائن پر مبنی ہونا چاہئے اور تفصیلی ڈیزائن رینج کے عملی رخ اور صنعتی جگہ کی مانگ کے مفروضے کے مطابق اس کی معاون شرائط کا تجزیہ کرنا چاہئے۔ اس حصے میں یہ شامل ہونا چاہئے: فنکشنل فارمیٹ پلاننگ، لینڈ لےآؤٹ میں بہتری، ارضی ترقیات میں شدت، عمودی ڈیزائن، ٹریفک آرگنائزیشن، پبلک سروس سہولیات کی منصوبہ بندی، کھلی جگہ اور شہری انداز کنٹرول۔ اسی کے ساتھ، ڈیزائن کو بہتر کرنے کے لئے کم از کم ایک نوڈ کا انتخاب کیا جانا چاہئے۔

مقابلہ حتمی طور پر پہلے 6 ڈیزائن والے اداروں کو بطور شریک اداروں کے منتخب کرے گا اور ان میں سے جیتنے والی تین اسکیموں کو ووٹ دے گا۔ حصہ لینے والا ایک ادارہ مقابلہ کے نتائج کو یکجا کرنے اور ان کی اصلاح کے حق کو حاصل کرنے کے لئے اٹل ہوگا۔ یہ ادارہ 2.6 ملین آر ایم بی کا مجموعی بونس حاصل کرسکتا ہے۔ فاتح اسکیموں کے دوسرے دو حصہ لینے والے ادارے 1.6 ملین آر ایم بی کا بونس حاصل کرسکتے ہیں۔ دیگر تین حصہ لینے والے ادارے جنہیں جیتنے والی اسکیموں کا ووٹ نہیں دیا جاتا، ایک ملین آر ایم بی کا بونس وصول کرسکتے ہیں۔

PM calls for enhancing green cover to mitigate effects of fast urbanization

Prime Minister Imran Khan has called for enhancing green cover to mitigate effects of fast urbanization in the country.

He was addressing a groundbreaking ceremony of different development projects of Capital Development Authority in Islamabad on Wednesday.

The Prime Minister said the urbanization of major cities, including Islamabad and Lahore, have created the problems of pollution and traffic congestion.

He emphasized on preparing a new master plan of Islamabad, preserving green cover and forestation in the unutilized lands in the federal capital.

He said Islamabad should become an example in plantation during the current monsoon season. He said action is being taken against land grabbers in the federal capital.

Zartaj lauds KP Govt for taking steps for tackling impacts of climate change

Minister of State for Climate Change, Zartaj Gul Wazir has lauded the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government for taking steps for controlling and tackling the impacts of climate change.

Addressing a news conference in Peshawar on Wednesday, she said the mega project of the Billion Tree Tsunami project of the PTI government is yielding unbelievable positive results across the country particularly in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

The Minister of State said the world is also acknowledging the serious efforts of Pakistan to climate change.

Zartaj Gul said the Peshawar Bus Rapid Transit service of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government is a successful and environment friendly project.

She said the project has helped in reducing thirty-one thousand tons of pollution in Peshawar besides creating about three-thousand job opportunities for the youth.

India should be held accountable for crimes against humanity: Masood

Azad Jammu and Kashmir President Sardar Masood Khan has demanded that India should be held accountable for committing crimes against humanity, war crimes, and trampling international laws, treaties and covenants.

Addressing a conference titled “Lawfare Doctrine for Pakistan” in Islamabad today (Wednesday, he said the legitimate struggle of Kashmiris is being falsely portrayed as terrorism by delegitimizing the concept of self-defence or fighting for your rights, a canon which has been recognized by UN Charters and several UNSC resolutions.

PM appreciates performance of Digital Media Wing of Information Ministry

Prime Minister Imran Khan has visited the Digital Media Wing of the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting.

Minister for Information Fawad Chaudhry, who was also present on the occasion, briefed the Prime Minister regarding a comprehensive digitalization policy, under which national broadcasting institutions would be digitized in phases.

The Prime Minister was told that 11 digital media centers of the Associated Press of Pakistan fully equipped with modern facilities are being established in various cities of the country.

Imran Khan appreciated the performance of Digital Media Wing for highlighting Pakistan’s positive image at international level.

The International Urban Design Competition of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Innovation Cooperation Demonstration Zone Opens

GUANGZHOU, China, July 14, 2021 /Xinhua-AsiaNet/– On July 12th, the announcement of the International Urban Design Competition of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Innovation Cooperation Demonstration Zone was released by Guangzhou Municipal Planning and Natural Resources Bureau and Nansha District People’s Government of Guangzhou City. The competition is aimed at collecting forward-looking, innovative urban designs around the world, and establishing the city image of Nansha as the southernmost sea-land portal of Guangzhou.

The design area of the competition, Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Innovation Cooperation Demonstration Zone, is the intersection of the Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong and Guangzhou-Zhuhai-Macao Science and Technology Innovation Corridors. It is also the strategic hinge connecting the inner circle development belt around the Greater Bay Area in the southern expansion urban spatial development strategy of Guangzhou.

The scope of the competition is divided into two levels: overall conceptual design and detailed design.

The scope of the overall conceptual design covers an area of about 71 square kilometers. The content of entries should include: the vision and positioning of the planning objectives; the industrial and functional planning; the functional spatial layout for driving regional development in the future, which is planned on the premise of creating a landscape pattern integrating sea, river, field, city and wetland. The designs should fulfil the requirements of peak carbon emission and green development; the optimization of the overall urban feature, living environment, supporting services, ecological environment and transportation.

The scope of the detailed design covers an area of about 8 square kilometers. The detailed design requires to be based on the overall conceptual design and should analyze its supporting conditions according to the functional orientation of the detailed design range and the assumption of industrial space demand. This part should include: functional format planning, land layout optimization, land development intensity, vertical design, traffic organization, public service facilities planning, open space, and urban style control. At the same time, no less than one node should be selected for deepening design.

The competition will finally select the first 6 design institutions as the participating institutions and vote the three winning schemes from them. One participating institution will be determined to win the right of integrating and optimizing the competition results. The Institution can receive a total bonus of RMB 2.6 million. The other two participating institutions of the winning schemes can receive a bonus of RMB 1.6 million. The other three participating institutions which don’t be voted as the winning schemes can receive a bonus of RMB 1 million.

‫ایکو فورم گلوبل گوئیانگ 2021 کا آغاز

گوئیانگ، چین، 13 جولائی 2021 /پی آر نیوز وائر/ — 12 سے 13 جولائی تک چین کے جنوب مغربی صوبے گوئیانگ میں ایکو فورم گلوبل گیانگ 2021 (ای ایف جی 2021) کا انعقاد کیا گیا۔ ای ایف جی 2021 واحد قومی سطح کا بین الاقوامی فورم ہے جس کا موضوع چین میں ماحولیاتی تہذیب ہے۔ اسے دس سیشنز کے لئے منعقد کیا گیا ہے۔ “سبز اور کم کاربن کی ترقی انسان اور فطرت کے لئے زندگی کی ایک کمیونٹی کو فروغ دے رہی ہے” کے موضوع کے ساتھ درج بالا فورم آن لائن اور آف لائن دونوں طرح سے منعقد کیا گیا۔

این پی سی کی قائمہ کمیٹی کے چیئرمین سی پی سی سینٹرل کمیٹی کے پولیٹیکل بیورو کی قائمہ کمیٹی کے رکن لی ژانشو نے کانفرنس میں کلیدی تقریر کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ ماحولیاتی تہذیب کے سفر میں چین ترقیاتی تصورات اور ترقیاتی طریقوں میں گہری تبدیلی سے گزر رہا ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ چین کے جنگلات کے وسائل کی نمو کا رقبہ 70 ملین ہیکٹر سے تجاوز کر گیا ہے جو گزشتہ دس سالوں میں دنیا میں پہلے نمبر پر ہے۔ چین نے دنیا کا سب سے بڑا صاف توانائی کا نظام تعمیر کیا ہے جس میں فوٹو وولٹیک، ہوا کی توانائی کی تنصیب کی صلاحیت اور بجلی کی پیداوار دنیا میں پہلے نمبر پر ہے۔ انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ چین کی جدیدیت انسان اور فطرت کے ہم آہنگ بقائے باہمی کی جدیدیت ہے۔ ہم بنی نوع انسان کے مشترکہ مستقبل کے ساتھ کمیونٹی کے تصور کو برقرار رکھیں گے اور عالمی آب و ہوا اور ماحولیاتی چیلنجوں سے نمٹنے اور زمین کے ماحولیاتی تحفظ کو برقرار رکھنے میں مثبت تعاون کرنے کے لئے عالمی برادری کے ساتھ مل کر کام کریں گے۔

جون 2016 میں صوبہ گوئژو کو قومی ماحولیاتی تہذیب تجرباتی زونز کے پہلے بیچ کے طور پر منظور کیا گیا تھا۔ گوئژو کی اقتصادی شرح نمو گذشتہ 40 سہ ماہیوں سے چین میں سرفہرست تین میں شامل ہے۔گرین اکانومی جی ڈی پی کا 42 فیصد اور جنگلات کی کوریج کی شرح 61.51 فیصد تک پہنچ گئی۔ لی ژانشو کا کہنا تھا کہ “گوئژو نہ صرف ماحولیاتی تہذیب کی تعمیر کی تلاش کرتا ہے بلکہ ماحولیاتی تہذیب کی تعمیر کی کامیابیوں سے بھی فائدہ اٹھاتا ہے۔ گوئژو کی ماحولیاتی تہذیب کی تعمیر  چین کی کامیابیوں کی ماحولیاتی تہذیب کی تعمیر میں ایک مائیکروکوسوم ہے۔ “سی پی سی گوئژو صوبائی کمیٹی کے سکریٹری اور گوئژو صوبائی عوامی کانگریس کی قائمہ کمیٹی کی چیئر وومن شین یکین نے  تقریر کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ گوئژو اچھے ماحولیاتی تہذیب کی تعمیر میں ترقی اور مسابقتی فوائد کو مستحکم کرے گا اور نئی کامیابیاں حاصل کرنے کی کوشش کرے گا۔
